Kikuichi Monju Shiro Kanenaga, a cutlery manufacturer that evolved from an Emperor-authorized master swordsmith in the Kamakura period (1185-1333), has maintained its extraordinary level of craftsmanship until the present day.
Our main store, located in the immediate vicinity of the scenic beauty of Nara Park and Mt. Wakakusa, accommodates a souvenir department featuring our hand-forged uchihamono cutlery, and the Eiraku restaurant welcoming tourists and travelers in the area with local delicacies.
